ColorFast DTF works with print brokers, apparel decorators, screen printers, embroidery shops and other print professionals that need dependable, ready-to-press DTF production.

Approved reseller accounts may qualify for tax-exempt purchasing, volume pricing and discreet fulfillment options. Approval is based on the information provided, anticipated order volume and resale eligibility.

Tax-Exempt Purchasing

Businesses purchasing transfers for resale may apply to have sales tax removed from qualifying orders.

California applicants must provide a completed and signed California Resale Certificate (CDTFA-230) and a valid seller’s permit number. Applicants outside California should provide the appropriate resale or exemption documentation for their state.

Tax-exempt status must be approved before placing an eligible tax-free order. Approval is not retroactive, and tax exemption applies only to products purchased for resale.

Pricing and benefits are based on order volume and account activity. Approval does not automatically guarantee discounted pricing or credit terms.

How to Apply

Please be prepared to provide:

• Business name and contact information
• Website or social-media profile
• Type of printing or resale business
• Seller’s permit or resale-registration number
• Completed resale certificate
• Products you expect to purchase
• Estimated monthly order volume
• Fulfillment or white-label requirements

Applications are reviewed before reseller or tax-exempt status is activated. ColorFast DTF may request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.
